Rooftop bar with stunning views.
Our room was not as described, much smaller than advertised, and we did not receive the superior room I booked. The staff initially insisted we were in the superior room, which led to confusion and frustration. The price for what we got felt excessively high, and attempts to communicate my issues via email went ignored. Overall, I left disappointed and feeling overcharged for what was promised.

Initially, the room we were placed in was cramped and didn't have the balcony we requested, which was disappointing. However, we were relocated to a more comfortable room, which made our stay much better. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore major attractions with just a short walk. Breakfast was impressive, and the atmosphere was pleasant for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Great location with a beautiful atmosphere
The hotel is beautifully located along the Tiber River, providing a charming ambiance with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. My stay featured a spacious room equipped with a coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, and very effective air conditioning that made it a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which included an array of delicious homemade pastries and fresh local fruits. However, the only downside was the lack of a more diverse breakfast selection. I would have appreciated more options like hash browns or baked beans to accompany my eggs.

Couple's stay not without confusion
The staff were polite and accommodating, which made us feel somewhat at ease after a rocky start with room arrangements. I remember the breakfast had a good selection of fruit and hot food, which was a bit of a relief after those long days.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

We checked out the Colosseum and Vatican City. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the staff made us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short stroll to the Metro and major attractions.
Initially, we were frustrated with room allocation since we didn’t get the balcony room we requested and ended up in a cramped space. Luckily, we were relocated to a better room eventually.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with stunning views and the beautiful garden area to relax in. It was great to unwind at the sauna after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the bathroom could've used better ventilation, but overall, I was super happy with my time here! 😊
